Four Bedroom/Three Bathroom Villa with Private Pool

Casa Rosa is a four bedroom three bath villa on a gorgeous, picture-perfect white sand beach on Tankah Tres, a small bay on the southern end of the Mayan Riviera, approximately 10 minutes north of Tulum. The villa, situated on a quiet 1/2 acre site, offers 2,500 indoor square feet and 2,000 outdoor square feet of covered palapas, balconies and patios and can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests.

A Relaxed and Charming Vacation Getaway

Casa Rosa offers its guests a relaxed and charming slice of the Mayan Riviera, whether you want to swim in the pool, sunbath under the shade of the coconut palms, or simply relax in a lounge chair while feasting your eyes on the Caribbean. The beach’s sugar fine sand is free of the rocks found on many other Akumal-area beaches. There are rocky outcroppings on the way out to the reef, which supports at least 10 species of coral, tropical fish, turtles, sting rays, and an occasional manatee. There’s a distant outer reef break that limits the surf and as a result, snorkeling and kayaking in the bay are excellent. Guests are invited to use our kayaks to explore Tankah bay. When you are ready to rejoin the world, it’s an easy drive to Tulum, Akumal, Sian Kaan, Playa del Carmen, or the nearby Mayan ruins of Tulum, Coba, and Chichen Itza.
