We just returned from Casa Rosa.  I just want to let you know how wonderful your house is there.  We had a fantastic stay and can’t say enough about the beautiful location and beach.  The house itself is also terrific.

We arranged all of our airport transfers, local tours, etc through Juan Santos of Tulum Juan Tours.  He and his company are excellent.  He runs two vans and three taxis with the help of his son, Gerardo.  He was most accommodating and a pleasure to be around.  He thoroughly enjoys what he does and enjoys sharing it with others and it shows.  You mentioned that others sometimes ask for this type of service and I would highly recommend him.

Thank you for sharing Casa Rosa with us.  We may be in touch for a another stay in the future.

We had the most awesome time again! Bernardino and Maria cooked us the most awesome dinner meal for the whole group of 11. Noel made us some incredible palm leaf fish and stars.  The beach was incredible. Without a doubt you have the best beach, staff and place on Tankah Bay. I took my Quadcopter and took some great photos and videos.

With that said we are going to book again for Sept – October very soon. Would love to stay at least twice a year.

Week at Casa Rosa

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Rosa. The house is a four bedroom 3 bathroom set up. All rooms are very nice size with air conditioning that works well. Our group was all impressed from day one on arrival as to get to the house you have to pass a security checkpoint a mile down the road and then you arrive the house front gate that is secured with coded door lock. There is also on site security from Noel. He does a great job watching over the property at night. That being said, we had absolutely no security issues. The place was very peaceful. The entry way is very nice and clean (Bernadino and Maria take very good care of the property). The house has fairly good wifi and satellite tv worked great (we only watched the super bowl). The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. There is a gas grill out front. We had Maria and Bernadino cook a couple of meals that were excellent and they also went on a couple of grocery runs for us. Once you open the patio door out the back, there is a terrific breeze right through the house. The sea breeze each day was amazing. The pool was very clean and refreshing. The beach front area was well kept and the sand was soft. The hammocks are great to relax on. There are coconuts available from the trees in the back to make drinks with when they are ripe. Bernadino is a help with that. The water has some rock/coral on entry. There is some sea grass too. However, the snorkeling out from the house was amazing. I have paid for snorkel trips and gotten far less. There are a couple of really nice snorkeling reefs very close to the property. We saw sting rays, cuttlefish, angel fish, etc, etc,. It was excellent and a very easy activity. There is a cenote down the road that many people go to as well for another near snorkel excursion. We had a few meals out for dinner and breakfast. I recommend casa cenote or the tankah inn for breakfast. I also recommend going to Blue Sky just a bit further down from casa cenote for thieir wood fired pizza. It was fantastic. Bernadino ordered two taxis for our group to go to the Tulum ruins near by. If you want a relaxing getaway with family or a group of friends, I highly recommend Casa Rosa.

Would highly recommend this stunning villa. It has everything you need. Situated on your own private beach it was a wonderful place to truly relax. The welcome pack covered all the local attractions and restaurants. The house staff were friendly and helpful – we enjoyed a final supper cooked by Bernardino and Maria which was delicious. All in all, we cannot find any faults and would love to return.

We just spent a week at the paradise that is Casa Rosa to celebrate my mum’s 60th birthday and we miss the sunrises over the ocean already! As four adult couples, this house suited our needs perfectly. The bedrooms are spacious with a lot of closet space and the temperature control in the house overall, but especially in each of the bedrooms, is fantastic (and makes for a very comfortable night’s sleep!).

The decor of the house puts you in vacation mode right away and the common area/kitchen is perfect for preparing food, family meals, and lounging around. But let’s be honest, you’ll want to spend as much time as possible out back, on your PRIVATE beach. Such a magical experience to be mere steps from the ocean, with hammocks, beach chairs, and a fresh water pool and outdoor shower to rinse off.

We found the Casa Rosa guidebook to be extremely helpful and tried many of the recommended activities and restaurants in Akumal, Tulum Pueblo, and Tulum Beach. We were also extremely well looked after by the wonderful staff, Bernardino, Maria, and Noel. Bernardino and Maria kept the house and the property spotless and the meal they prepared for us on our last night was one of the best we had the whole week! Noel, the night guard, is a wonderful soul who not only made us feel safe but also shared his expert knowledge of the local wildlife and even helped us practice our Spanish.

Nick is one of the most attentive hosts I have ever booked with and I was grateful for his swift responses from the day we booked Casa Rosa until the day we left. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us. We will never forget this incredible family vacation!

We got home early yesterday morning. It was a fun trip and we enjoyed your vacation home very much. I was surprised by how much time we spent sitting on the patio staring at the ocean. Very relaxing and a gorgeous view.

Bernardino, Maria and Noel were very nice and helpful. I appreciate all your suggestions and advice in the house documents. Two of us had to take Cipro and it worked quickly and well.

I posted comments on the AirBNB site. I don’t know if we will be traveling to the Yucatan again but if we do I hope your house is available then.
